Growth. The trial is free and no credit card is required.
Do vendors count as users?
No. Vendors do not count toward staff user limits. Only staff users such as Admin, Manager, and Cashier count.
Which plans include the vendor portal?
Growth and Marketplace include vendor portal access. Essential includes vendor tracking, but not vendor login access.
Which plans include vendor map layout tools?
Growth and Marketplace. These plans include vendor map layout tools for managing booths, shelves, walls, tables, assignments, and pricing tiers. Essential supports vendor tracking, but not the visual layout system.
Does Solentx process credit or debit cards?
No. Solentx records sales, receipts, vendor sales, and inventory, but it does not run card transactions. Use your existing terminal or provider and record the sale in Solentx as Card/Other.
Can I print barcode labels?
Yes. Solentx includes barcode label printing for products, shelves, bins, and vendor inventory.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Billing.
Payment processing No card processing
Solentx does not process credit/debit cards. It records sales, receipts, vendor sales, and inventory. If you accept cards, run the card on your existing terminal/provider, then record the sale in Solentx as Card/Other.
