Monthly plans are non-refundable after billing. One-time licenses may be refundable within 14 days depending on activation and usage.

Subscriptions

Essential, Growth, and Marketplace plans

1. Subscription billing

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Prorated refunds

Prorated refunds are not offered for partial months, except where required by law or in confirmed billing error situations such as duplicate charges.

Add-ons

Cloud Sync and similar monthly add-ons

3. Monthly add-ons

Add-ons follow the same rules as subscriptions and remain active through the paid billing period.

4. Add-on terms

  • Cancel anytime
  • Access continues through the billing period
  • No prorated refunds for partial months
One-time purchase

Local License

5. Refund window

One-time local licenses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the request meets the conditions below.

6. Eligibility conditions

  • The license has not been activated
  • Or activation occurred within the same 14-day window
  • The request passes fraud-prevention checks

Approved refunds will revoke the license key and it will no longer be usable.

7. Purchase in error

Annual updates may be refunded within 14 days if purchased in error.

8. After delivery

After updates have been delivered or the refund window has passed, prorated refunds are not offered.

If you believe you were charged more than once, contact support so the billing issue can be reviewed.

10. Incorrect plan

If the wrong plan or product was selected at checkout, include that detail in your request.

11. Other billing issues

Unexpected billing issues will be reviewed case by case based on the order details and account activity.
