How it started

Built from practical retail problems—and the process of launching a market.

Solentx came from a simple need: sell faster, stay organized, and avoid software that gets in the way.

Consignment, resale, thrift, antique, vendor-market, pop-up, and seasonal businesses do not all operate like traditional stores. Inventory changes often, sellers need appropriate visibility, and checkout has to stay simple.

SolentX began with checkout and inventory needs and expanded as the broader requirements of planning and launching a multi-vendor business became clear: seller intake, spaces, public discovery, events, commissions, reporting, and vendor participation all need to stay connected.

Solentx is also being tested through the development of One Lane Market, its flagship vendor-market implementation in Rickman, Tennessee. That work lets vendor expectations, applications, public pages, spaces, checkout, events, and reporting be established before opening rather than retrofitted later.

Simple first

The goal is software that helps complete the sale — not software that slows the counter down.

Mission

Make professional resale and multi-seller operations easier for independent owners and their sellers.

SolentX is designed to help consignment stores, resale and thrift shops, antique malls, vendor markets, and shared retail spaces run daily operations with fewer scattered notes, spreadsheets, and duplicate records.

Move faster

Reduce paper tracking with connected sellers, products, applications, spaces, and assignments when those workflows apply.

Stay organized

Keep sellers, products, locations, promotions, sales, commissions, statements, and payouts connected in one system.

Stay dependable

Support cloud, local, and connected setup options for how each business needs to operate.

Product philosophy

Built around the full seller-to-sale workflow.

SolentX connects what happens before, during, and after a sale so owners can run the business instead of reconciling separate lists.

1
Add and organize sellers

Create seller records directly or use inquiries, applications, and waitlists when needed.

2
Set terms and assignments

Set commission terms and connect sellers to booths or locations when the business uses spaces.

3
Give sellers appropriate access

Let vendors, dealers, consignors, makers, or resellers manage approved products and review relevant activity.

4
Sell accurately

Process unique products from one or many sellers while preserving seller, location, receipt, and commission details.

5
Review operations

Understand sales, inventory, seller performance, commissions, statements, and payouts from connected records.
