Multi-vendor POS

One checkout. Many sellers. Clear records.

SolentX keeps each item tied to the correct seller while your staff operates one practical checkout and the system prepares the records needed afterward.

Flexible product entry

Vendors do not have to maintain a product catalog.

A vendor can enter products when vendor-managed inventory fits the business, or the owner can enter a vendor item at checkout. For an owner-entered item, SolentX records the vendor, applies the normal commission, and can add the owner-configured manual-entry commission for the extra work. Both rates stay with the sale and appear in payout reporting.

Why change

A normal POS sees a cart. You need to see every seller inside it.

When products from several sellers are purchased together, the transaction must preserve ownership, commission, location, discount eligibility, and reporting details without slowing down checkout.

Seller allocation

Know who receives credit for every line item.

Different terms

Preserve seller-specific commission rules where approved.

Shared spaces

Connect products and sellers to booths, shelves, cases, or rooms.

The connected approach

Centralize the sale without losing seller-level detail.

Staff use one checkout while SolentX carries the seller context through receipts, commissions, statements, and reports.

Seller management

Maintain contacts, status, operating details, and portal access.

Seller inventory

Connect products to the correct seller and location.

Mixed-seller carts

Sell merchandise from several sellers in one transaction.

Discount control

Commission calculations
