Booths, shelves, assignments, inventory, barcodes, categories, and public product visibility.

Selling and financials

Seller-aware checkout, promotions, commission calculations, receipts, payout statements, payment records, and reports.

Websites and events

A branded market presence, vendor directory, public catalog, maps, events, and newsletter signups.

Optional services

Add only what makes sense for your operation.

Dedicated Vendor Website availability and pricing are configured by SolentX Admin. Vendor Complete Care remains an owner-managed service.

Vendor websites

When enabled for a market by SolentX Admin, vendors can activate a dedicated, shareable website hosted by SolentX. SolentX Admin sets the price—normally $15/month—and SolentX bills and collects the subscription.

Vendor Complete Care

Market and store owners can offer vendors a premium managed-service add-on for tasks such as maintaining their space, entering products, managing inventory information, and other hands-on assistance. The owner decides whether to offer it and sets the vendor’s fee. This is not a service purchased from SolentX.

Important payment-processing disclosure

SolentX does not process customer card payments.

Card and digital payments are completed through the market owner’s chosen third-party payment provider. SolentX records the vendor-aware sale, payment method, optional transaction reference, commissions, fees, receipts, and reporting—but SolentX does not collect, hold, transfer, or settle the customer’s payment funds.

Keep your payment provider

Use the external card terminal or payment provider that fits your operation. SolentX does not require a particular processor.

Use practical hardware

No proprietary hardware bundle is required. Use compatible devices that suit the way your store or event operates.

SolentX setup guidance

Standard onboarding guidance helps the owner configure SolentX. Vendor Complete Care is a separate service the owner may offer directly to vendors.
